Recording Session

All the calls/sessions given or received by our team members will automatically get recorded, for internal training and quality check of our team members, in case if you’re not interested to get recorded we may suspend recoding your sessions only after phone confirmation from your side.

Collectig Samples If Any

In regular remote sessions we don’t collect any samples from your device’s but while clearing the virus problems we do collect some virus samples and suspicious files from your system, but its all with your permission if you’re not ok with that we will stop collecting them, need not to worry about that.

We do provide the Operating System installation disks ISO images download links, Live DVD to your email id and further we provide phone support some times video calls also as per requirement.
